Tax and the Register of Overseas Entities
HM Revenue & Customs is writing to companies in respect of ‘Tax and the Register of Overseas Entities’.
The letter advises relevant persons to consider if they are tax compliant, and highlights 28 February 2023 as a key date for any tax self-disclosures.
The Financial Services Authority is cascading this message on behalf of HMRC for information purposes only, and to assist anyone who owns UK property through a non-UK company or Isle of Man legal structure.
