AML/CFT Statistical Returns – Guidance Update

Amendments to guidance

The Authority has made small amendments to the guidance to assist regulated entities and designated businesses to complete the annual AML/CFT statistical return.

The updates provide greater clarity for users in respect of the options to select in Form B2 (part (a) of B2-1 and B2-2).

The template and amended guidance is available from the Authority’s website at AML/CFT Requirements and Guidance (in the “statistical returns” tab).

Reminder - submission deadline

Completed returns for 31 December 2022 should be submitted by 30 June 2023, to amlreturns@iomfsa.im
