Wilton (IOM) Limited – appointment of Interim Receiver

Following an application by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (the “Authority”), the Isle of Man High Court has made the following appointment by Order dated 21 November 2023 in respect of Wilton (IOM) Limited (“WIOM”).

Mr Nicholas Mark Halsall of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC is hereby appointed as Interim Receiver, without security, under section 21 of the Financial Services Act 2008 and section 42 of the High Court Act 1991 of the affairs, business and property of WIOM with immediate effect and until further order.

WIOM continues to be licensed to conduct business under Class 4 (corporate services) and Class 5 (trust services). Details of WIOM’s licence can be found on the Authority’s register.

The Authority makes this public statement under section 13(4) of the Financial Services Act 2008 on the grounds that it is in the public interest to do so.
