July 2024 update from the Financial Services Authority

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has issued its latest update for stakeholders.

The July 2024 bulletin includes an introduction from CEO Bettina Roth, details of two thematic reviews, a survey to capture ‘Know Your Employee’ data, and reminders about the upcoming Sustainable Finance Forum and Countering Financial Crime Conference.

We also highlight the action being taken to strengthen collaboration with our key stakeholders and to address matters such as compliance training and the appointment of controlled function holders.
