November 2024 update from the IOM Financial Services Authority

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has issued its latest update for stakeholders.

The November 2024 bulletin includes an introduction from CEO Bettina Roth, an overview of our Strategic Plan for 2024-27, details of planned improvements to our AML/CFT Annual Return and the findings of two recent questionnaires.

We also highlight our roadmap to implement Basel III liquidity requirements, recap changes to the Island’s AML/CFT framework and provide an update on action taken in response to the industry survey.

Support and guidance are available via recordings from the Countering Financial Crime Conference and our event for senior compliance professionals, while there is news about the first in a series of videos about proliferation financing.

The bulletin can be viewed via this link.
