Applications
Any applications submitted to the Authority must be made using the appropriate forms. In respect of matters relating to activity under the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000, the following forms are provided in the links below:
- An application form for registration as a schemes administrator (both professional and in-house);
- An application form for the registration of a scheme as an authorised scheme (both international and domestic);
- An application form for the registration of a scheme as a recognised scheme;
- An application form for the registration of a scheme as a permitted scheme;
- An application form for submitting notice of proposed scheme changes and amendments pursuant to Section 18 of the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000;
- Form F&P 1 – Individual Questionnaire – an application form for an individual seeking appointment as a professional trustee (a trustee who carries out the role by way of business) of a retirement benefits scheme, as well as individuals seeking appointment as director, controller, chief executive, or senior manager of a trustee or administrator of an authorised scheme; and
- Form F&P 2 – Notification Form – an application form for an individual seeking appointment as a non-professional trustee (a trustee who does not carry out the role by way of business) of a retirement benefits scheme.
