International schemes are retirement benefits schemes that are established in the Isle of Man for persons resident outside the Island. The following regulations make provision for the registration of international schemes as authorised schemes and in conjunction with the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000, establish the conditions required for their authorisation.

The Retirement Benefits Schemes (International Schemes) Regulations 2001
These regulations prescribe the requirements of the Retirement Benefits Schemes Act 2000 in respect of the registration and management of international retirement benefits schemes.
